REUSING IN DRINKS
Juniper berries processed for the distillation of Crafter’s gins are reused to make our non-alcoholic soft drink Re-crafted Crafter’s Junibeer and also juniper berry beer. In total we are reusing 80% of plant-based ingredients of Crafter’s gins.
REUSING IN CHEESE
Not only drinks, we are reusing juniper berries distilled for our gins to flavour cheese – a lot of fibre and minerals are still inside the berries, in collaboration with local Andre cheese farm.
